This Ritz-Carlton offers 336 completely renovated (June 2006) guestrooms in a historic nine-story building. All rooms have featherbeds and 400-thread-count Egyptian-cotton Frette linens, down comforters, and large writing desks.
Other highlights include 32-inch high-definition LCD flat-panel TVs, wireless Internet access (surcharge), DVD/CD players, electronic safes, gourmet in-room coffee machines, minibars, and complimentary bottled water. In-room child care is available to guests. Marble bathrooms have Kohler “rain” showerheads, bathrobes, double sinks, and telephones. The hotel has a DVD library.
Club Level rooms are located on the top two floors of the hotel and may have views of San Francisco Bay and the city skyline. They feature dedicated concierge service as well as food and beverage options throughout the day and into the evening, including a Continental breakfast.
